Tiger Balm White Ointment is a traditional herbal topical ointment containing cajuput oil, camphor, and menthol. The lighter, cooling formula provides relief from tension headaches, minor muscular aches and pains, and nasal congestion. Compared to Tiger Balm Red, the white variant has a milder, more cooling effect, making it well-suited for headache relief and everyday muscle discomfort. Non-greasy and fast-absorbing.

Each jar contains 30g. For external use only. Always read the label before use.

How to Use

For headaches: apply a small amount to the temples and forehead and massage gently. For muscle pain: apply to the affected area and massage in until absorbed. Use two to three times daily as needed. Wash hands thoroughly after use.

Dosage

• Adults and children over 12: Apply to the affected area two to three times daily.
• Children under 12: Not recommended without medical advice.

Warnings

• For external use only. Do not apply to broken, damaged, or infected skin.
• Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with water.
• Do not use with heat pads or bandages over the treated area.
• If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking other medication, consult a healthcare professional before use.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store below 25°C away from direct sunlight.
