Shipping policy

All shipping times and costs apply once payment has been successfully received and a correct, complete delivery address has been provided. If the courier cannot confirm the address due to errors or missing information, your order may be delayed.

Delivery can also be delayed if the courier cannot access the property or does not get a response.

Customers are strongly advised to provide clear delivery instructions and any access codes that may be needed. If this applies, please include the information in the notes section of your order.

For international orders, customers are responsible for paying any duties, taxes, or customs fees. Zen Healthcare is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or disposal if the customer does not respond to requests from customs authorities.

Delays may also happen in rural areas or during extreme weather conditions. Zen Healthcare cannot accept responsibility for delays that are beyond our control.

Tracking numbers will be provided for all applicable shipments, and we recommend that customers check their tracking updates to stay informed.

Shipping Rates

 

Local Delivery is available for addresses within London Zones 1 and 2 only. Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) will be delivered the same day. If your address falls outside Zones 1 and 2, please select an alternative shipping method at checkout, or contact us and we'll be happy to provide a shipping quote for your area.

Please note: If Local Delivery is selected but the delivery address falls outside London Zones 1 and 2, we reserve the right to cancel the order or contact you to arrange payment of any additional shipping costs before dispatch.

Click & Collect

We offer a free Click & Collect service from our store at 53 Beauchamp Place, London SW3 1NY.

• Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) will be ready for collection the same day.

• Orders placed after 2pm will be ready for collection the following working day.

• You will receive a "Ready for Pickup" notification by email once your order is ready.

• Please bring your order confirmation email as proof of purchase when collecting.

• Collection hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.
