ThermaCare HeatWraps for Neck, Shoulder & Wrist deliver clinically proven therapeutic heat for up to 16 hours to help relieve muscular aches, pains, and stiffness in the neck, shoulder, and wrist areas. The air-activated heat cells warm to a therapeutic temperature of approximately 40°C, helping to increase blood flow, relax tense muscles, and provide sustained pain relief. Designed to be worn discreetly under clothing during everyday activities.

Each wrap is single-use and self-adhesive for a secure, comfortable fit. Each pack contains 3 wraps. Always read the label before use.

How to Use

Remove the wrap from the packaging to activate the heat cells. Apply directly to skin or over a thin layer of clothing in the neck, shoulder, or wrist area. Wear for up to 16 hours. Do not apply over another heat source.

Dosage

• Adults 18+: One wrap per application, worn for up to 16 hours. Do not use more than one wrap at a time on the same area.
• Not suitable for children under 18.

• Do not use while sleeping, on broken or damaged skin, or over topical pain relief products.
• Do not use if you have poor circulation, diabetes, or reduced skin sensitivity without medical advice.
