Directions:

Take one capsule of Iron Complex daily. Iron is best absorbed on an empty stomach (one hour before or two hours after meals) with a glass of water. Avoid taking Iron Complex with tea or coffee, as they may reduce absorption. Suitable for individuals over the age of 14.
