Pyrocalm Control 20mg Gastro-Resistant Capsules contain omeprazole 20mg, a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces the amount of acid produced by the stomach. They provide short-term relief from the symptoms of reflux oesophagitis, including heartburn and acid regurgitation, with a single daily dose lasting up to 24 hours. Suitable for adults aged 18 and over for the short-term treatment of reflux symptoms.

Each pack contains 14 capsules — a 14-day course. Always read the label before use. This is a pharmacy medicine.

How to Use

Swallow one capsule whole with water before a meal. Do not crush or chew. Take once daily for up to 14 days.

Dosage

• Adults 18+: One 20mg capsule daily, taken before a meal, for up to 14 days.
• Children under 18: Not recommended.

Warnings

• Do not use for more than 14 days without consulting a doctor.
• Seek medical advice if symptoms persist, worsen, or are accompanied by unintended weight loss, difficulty swallowing, or vomiting blood.
• If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking other medication (particularly clopidogrel, methotrexate, or HIV medicines), consult a healthcare professional before use.
• Long-term use may affect magnesium and vitamin B12 levels — consult your doctor if using regularly.
