Pure Himalayan Shilajit is a plant-based, mineral-rich resin sourced at high altitude in the Himalayan mountains. Each jar contains 100% pure shilajit with naturally occurring minerals and fulvic acid.

Traditionally used in Ayurvedic practices across Nepal and India, the resin is purified in Nepal using a specialised method designed to maintain its purity and natural composition. A 1,000mg measuring spoon is included for convenient daily use.

How to Use

Take 500mg to 1,000mg daily. Dissolve in hot water, warm milk or tea, adding honey or sugar to taste if required. Take at any time of day, preferably first thing in the morning or last thing at night, on an empty stomach or 30 minutes before eating.
