Pure Himalayan High Altitude Wild Himalayan Honey is a raw and natural honey sourced from the high-altitude regions of RUKUM, ROLPA, and JAJARKOT in Nepal, gathered from the giant Himalayan honey bee. This unprocessed honey retains its natural nutrients, antioxidants, and bio-active molecules in their whole-food form. Popular in Ayurvedic traditions, it is valued for its rich, distinctive flavour and natural purity. The honey may naturally crystallise over time; crystals will gently melt when the honey is warmed.

How to Use
