Quercetin, hypoallergenic plant fiber (microcrystalline cellulose). Vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose).

Directions For Use

As a food supplement, take 2–4 capsules daily, in divided doses, with or between meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
