Iron-C provides a highly bioavailable form of iron that is gentle on digestion. Features iron as Ferrochel® bisglycinate, a well-tolerated form of iron with superior absorption. With calcium ascorbate, a buffered form of vitamin C. Vitamin C increases iron absorption. Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, oxygen transport in the body and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients

Ferrous bisglycinate, calcium ascorbate, hypoallergenic plant fiber (microcrystalline cellulose), ascorbyl palmitate, threonic acid. Vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose).

Each capsule provides:

• Iron (as iron bisglycinate) — 28mg | 200% NRV
• Vitamin C (from calcium ascorbate) — 100mg | 125% NRV
• Calcium (from calcium ascorbate blend) — 11mg | 1% NRV

Directions For Use

As a food supplement, take 1–3 capsules daily, with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
