Organyc Complete Protection Super Tampons are made from 100% pure certified organic cotton with an organic cotton absorbent core, designed for heavier flow days. Naturally breathable and hypoallergenic, these non-applicator tampons are ideal for those who prefer to avoid synthetic materials in their period products. How to Use

Wash hands before use. Assume a comfortable position with muscles relaxed. Hold the tampon by the base and gently insert at a slight angle toward your back until fully in place. The string should remain outside the body. Change every 4 to 8 hours. Never leave a tampon in for more than 8 hours. Remove by gently pulling the string. Wrap in toilet paper and dispose of in a waste bin. Non-flushable. Always use the lowest absorbency needed for your flow.
