Directions:
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with breakfast. Can be used on an ongoing basis, from conception through to birth. Also suitable during breastfeeding and the 6 month+ following birth. For those unable to swallow capsules, open and mix contents with cool drink/food. Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C. For maximum potency, close lid firmly after each use and do not remove desiccant sachet. Keep out of reach of children.
