Nexcare ColdHot Comfort 10×26.5cm Reusable Hot/Cold Bag is an ally in your first aid kit. It can be cooled in the freezer and heated in the microwave or in a bain-marie. Use it cold to relieve pain, swelling, bruises or sprains. Use it hot to soothe muscle aches and stiffness. Includes protective cover.

Indications:

Use it cold to reduce inflammation of muscles and joints, lower fever, relieve headaches and toothaches, against insect bites, and for minor burns and scrapes.

Use it hot to activate circulation, reduce chronic pain when there is no longer swelling, relax contractures, reduce muscle tension due to stress, help against back pain, arthritis, rheumatism and sciatica.

How to use:

FREEZER: Keep the bag in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Before applying the bag to the skin, wrap it with the protective cover included.

BAIN-MARIE – immerse the bag in boiling water for a maximum of 5 minutes. Before applying the bag to the skin, dry it and wrap it in the protective cover provided.

MICROWAVE OVEN – heat the bag in the microwave at 650W for a maximum of 1 minute. Before applying the bag to the skin, wrap it in the protective cover provided.

Warnings:

Do not ingest the contents, do not break the bag.
Keep out of reach of children.
Before applying the bag to the skin, wrap it with the protective cover provided.
Before applying the bag to babies, children, the elderly, diabetics or people with cardiovascular or circulatory problems and/or skin insensitivity (Raynaud's syndrome), consult a doctor or pharmacist.
