Nature's Plus Beyond CoQ10 100mg Ubiquinol delivers 100mg of naturally fermented ubiquinol (100% trans ubiquinol) per softgel via the UbiquiMax complex. UbiquiMax combines sunflower lecithin, essential fatty acids, and mineral citrates (calcium, magnesium, potassium) to support the formation of micelles for absorption. Each softgel also contains a cofactor blend of alpha-lipoic acid, L-carnitine fumarate, thiamin (B1), pyridoxine 5-phosphate (B6), ascorbyl palmitate (vitamin C), and selenomethionine.

Vitamin B1 and B6 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin C and selenium contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
