Imodium Plus Comfort Tablets combine loperamide hydrochloride 2mg with simeticone 125mg to provide dual-action relief from diarrhoea and its associated symptoms of cramps, wind, and bloating. Loperamide slows gut movement to restore normal bowel rhythm, while simeticone helps break down trapped gas to relieve abdominal discomfort. Suitable for adults and children over 12 years.

Each pack contains 6 tablets. Always read the label before use.

How to Use

Swallow two tablets after the first loose stool, then one tablet after each subsequent loose stool. Do not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours.

Dosage

• Adults and children over 12: Two tablets initially, then one after each loose stool. Maximum 4 tablets in 24 hours.
• Children under 12: Not recommended.

Warnings

• Do not use for more than 48 hours without medical advice.
• Seek medical advice if diarrhoea is accompanied by blood, fever, or severe abdominal pain.
• If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking other medication, consult a healthcare professional before use.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store below 25°C away from direct sunlight.
