Fybogel Orange Sachets contain ispaghula husk 3.5g per sachet — a natural soluble fibre derived from the Plantago ovata plant. When mixed with water, ispaghula husk forms a gel that helps soften stools, support normal bowel regularity, and relieve constipation. Fybogel is also used to support bowel management in conditions such as IBS, diverticular disease, haemorrhoids, and anal fissures, as directed by a healthcare professional.

Orange-flavoured and easy to prepare. Suitable for adults and children over 6 years. Each pack contains 30 sachets. Always read the label before use.

How to Use

Stir the contents of one sachet into a full glass of water (150ml) and drink immediately. Take twice daily, preferably after meals.

Dosage

• Adults and children over 12: One sachet twice daily, after meals.
• Children 6–12 years: Half to one sachet twice daily — under medical supervision.
• Children under 6: Not recommended.

Warnings

• Always take with sufficient water — inadequate fluid intake may cause choking or intestinal blockage.
• Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing or any intestinal obstruction.
• May affect the absorption of other medicines — take other medicines at least 30 minutes before or after.
• If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking other medication, consult a healthcare professional before use.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
