Fybogel FibreChews Citrus are chewable ispaghula husk tablets that provide a convenient, on-the-go source of soluble fibre to support normal bowel regularity and relieve constipation. Each tablet contains ispaghula husk, a natural plant-derived fibre that absorbs water in the gut to soften stools and encourage comfortable, regular bowel movements. Available in a citrus flavour with no need to mix with water.

Suitable for adults and children over 12 years. Each pack contains 30 chewable tablets. Always read the label before use.

How to Use

Chew two tablets with a full glass of water (at least 150ml) twice daily, preferably after meals. Ensure adequate fluid intake throughout the day.

• Children under 12: Not recommended.
