Dulcolax Adult 5mg Tablets contain bisacodyl 5mg, a stimulant laxative that works directly on the bowel to encourage natural movement and relieve constipation. Gastro-resistant coated tablets pass through the stomach intact and dissolve in the intestine for targeted, predictable action typically within 6 to 12 hours when taken at night. Suitable for adults and children over 4 years.

Each pack contains 20 tablets. Always read the label before use.

How to Use

Swallow tablets whole with water. Do not chew or crush. Take at night for a bowel movement the following morning.

Dosage

• Adults and children over 10: One to two tablets (5–10mg) at night.
• Children 4–10 years: One tablet (5mg) at night — under medical supervision only.
• Children under 4: Not recommended.

Warnings

• Do not use continuously for more than 5 days without medical advice.
• Do not take within one hour of antacids or dairy products.
• If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking other medication, consult a healthcare professional before use.
• Seek medical advice if constipation is accompanied by abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting.
