How to Use

Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the brush. Using small circular movements, gently work your way around your mouth left to right, top and bottom, paying extra attention to the inside of your front teeth. Brush for 2 minutes, twice daily. Replace every 3 months or after illness.
