How to Use

Apply to dry hair only. Load the small end of the brush with powder. Use your free hand to pull hair flat and taut against the head, then press the brush firmly into roots, starting from the scalp and working outward. Do not use a sweeping motion. Apply more powder as needed. To extend highlights, use the side edge of the small brush. Lightly dust off any excess with the wide end of the brush.
