How to Use

1. Lay the trigger flat against the top of the can. 2. Press the inhaler cap to your mouth with the trigger pointing to your chin and the notch under your nose. 3. Depress the trigger with your thumb for 1 second whilst starting the inhalation, then release the trigger and continue to inhale without oxygen flow for the rest of the breath. 4. Repeat 8 to 10 times, then wait at least 10 minutes before subsequent use. Repeat as required throughout the day.
