Biafine Emulsion Cream is a medicinal emulsion containing trolamine (0.670g per 100g), traditionally used to help soothe, hydrate, and support the repair of damaged, irritated, or burned skin. An icon of French pharmacies, Biafine is widely recommended by healthcare professionals for the management of first- and second-degree burns and erythema caused by radiotherapy. This is a medicinal product, not a cosmetic cream, and should be used according to medical guidance.

The rich, comforting emulsion texture helps maintain a moist environment favourable to skin repair, supporting the skin's natural regeneration process and helping to relieve discomfort associated with superficial skin damage. How to Use

For dermal application only. Apply as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. For erythema caused by radiotherapy: apply 2–3 times daily at regular intervals and massage gently into the skin. For first-degree burns: apply thickly until the skin is saturated and massage gently, repeating 2–4 times per day. For second-degree burns or significant skin damage: clean the affected area and apply a thick layer over the entire surface; reapply so that a visible layer remains; cover with a wet dressing if necessary — do not use a dry or absorbent dressing.
