BetterYou Multivitamin Daily Oral Spray is a convenient, tablet-free way to deliver 14 essential nutrients in a single daily dose. Formulated as a fine oral spray in a refreshing blackcurrant and plum flavour, each dose is absorbed directly through the soft tissue of the mouth for efficient uptake. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the maintenance of normal bones and muscle function. Vitamin C supports the normal function of the immune system and the nervous system, while vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.

B vitamins including B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12, and biotin contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin A and biotin contribute to the maintenance of normal skin and hair. The sugar-free formula is free from gluten, colours, artificial flavourings, and bulking agents, making it a clean and practical option for everyday use. Can be taken at any time of day, with or without food, and combined with other BetterYou oral sprays.

How to Use

Shake well before every use. On first use, press the pump 3 times to prime the spray. Apply 4 sprays directly into the mouth, ideally onto the inside of the cheek, and hold for a few seconds before swallowing. Replace the cap after use. Use 4 sprays daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Does not need to be taken with food or water.
