BetterYou Magnesium Muscle Body Spray delivers 100% pure source magnesium chloride transdermally through the skin, allowing it to be absorbed directly into the bloodstream for fast-acting results. Enriched with energising lemon oil, arnica montana flower extract, and capsicum frutescens (chilli) extract to create a gentle warming sensation that helps stimulate blood flow and speed up muscle recovery. Clinically proven absorption tested by Cardiff University. Each 10 sprays delivers 150mg of elemental magnesium, with 600 sprays per bottle.

How to Use
