BetterYou Magnesium Bath and Body Soak Flakes are 100% pure, high-concentration Magnesium Chloride extracted from an ancient underground sea, mined from over one mile below ground and naturally preserved for 250 million years. With a 47% MgCl2 concentration, these flakes are designed to be absorbed transdermally through the skin, delivering magnesium directly into the bloodstream. All BetterYou transdermal magnesium products have been independently absorption-tested by Cardiff University. The 1kg size provides 120g of elemental magnesium and is ideal for regular use.

Free from parabens, synthetic colours, synthetic fragrances, and preservatives. Suitable for all ages including during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and suitable for vegans, vegetarians, those with diabetes, and those with coeliac disease.

How to Use

For a full bath: add 250g to warm water and soak for at least 20 minutes. For a footbath: dissolve 150g in approximately 5 litres of warm water, enough to cover the feet, and soak for 20 minutes.
