Direction For Use

Taking magnesium with food is gentler on your stomach and easier for your body to absorb. Ideally, spread your dose with meals throughout the day—but don’t stress if life gets in the way.

Ages 4-9: 1 capsule per day (if your child can safely swallow capsules)
Ages 9-14: Up to 2 capsules per day
Ages 14+: Up to 3 capsules per day
