Direction For Use

It’s best to take with meals for better absorption.
If you need to raise your omega-3 level quickly or have a health concern, take a full teaspoon a day (5ml).
For a maintenance dose (most adults) take half a teaspoon daily (2.5ml).
For teens (over 12), take half a teaspoon (2.5ml).
During pregnancy, take half a teaspoon (2.5ml) daily.

Storage

Keep somewhere cool, dry and out of kids' reach. Don’t use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Once open, store in the fridge (it might appear cloudy) and use within 3 months. Suitable (and very good) for pregnancy and breastfeeding.
